1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the CreatorNova website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). CreatorNova is operated by 北京试玩互动科技有限公司 and its affiliate Iplayable Limited (collectively, “Iplayable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). CreatorNova provides tools for AI-assisted image and video creation, project and media management, team review, and publishing to user-authorized Google Ads accounts.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you use CreatorNova through an organization, that organization may also control your workspace and content under its own policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: name, username, email address, authentication information, organization, and profile details.
• Workspace content: prompts, briefs, uploads, images, audio, video, generated outputs, project details, tags, comments, and review decisions.
• Connected-account information: account labels, channel settings, customer or channel identifiers, and permissions you select when connecting a third-party service.
• Communications: messages and information you send when requesting support, reporting an issue, or otherwise contacting us.

Information collected through use of the Service

• Usage and activity data: features used, generation and publishing status, review actions, timestamps, and records needed to maintain a reliable activity history.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser and device type, request details, error logs, and security events.
• Technical media data: file type, size, dimensions, duration, checksums, storage references, and processing metadata.

3. How we use information

We use information described above to:

• provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service;
• authenticate users and administer accounts, projects, roles, and permissions;
• process prompts and media through the generation capabilities selected by the user;
• store, organize, review, and deliver creative work and related project records;
• connect authorized third-party accounts and carry out user-directed publishing or asset-management actions;
• monitor processing status, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability;
• respond to support requests and send service-related notices; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising cookies on these public policy pages.

4. Google API data

This section describes CreatorNova’s access to, use of, storage of, and sharing of information received from Google APIs. Google access is optional and begins only after you choose to connect a Google account and complete Google’s consent flow.

Storage and protection

CreatorNova stores the OAuth refresh token in encrypted form and restricts access to systems and personnel that require it to operate the connected-account feature. Short-lived access tokens are used to make authorized requests to Google. We retain operational identifiers and status records only as needed to provide the feature, maintain security, resolve errors, and meet legal obligations.

Limited use

CreatorNova’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to build independent advertising profiles or serve unrelated ads, sell it, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized AI models. We use Google user data only to provide the Google Ads account and asset-management actions that you request. We do not allow people to read Google user data unless it is necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or a user-requested operation and is permitted under Google’s policies.

Disconnecting Google

You may disconnect a Google account from CreatorNova’s connected-account settings or revoke CreatorNova’s access from your Google Account connections page. To request deletion of Google-derived data associated with your CreatorNova account, email mb@iplayable.com. Revocation stops future access but may not remove records that we must retain for security, legal, or transaction-integrity purposes.

5. How we share information

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, storage, database, monitoring, security, communications, and AI generation providers that process information on our behalf under contractual restrictions.
• User-directed integrations: third-party platforms when you connect an account or direct CreatorNova to publish, upload, or synchronize content.
• Your organization: workspace owners, administrators, reviewers, and collaborators according to project roles and permissions.
• Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure the Service.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not share Google user data with AI generation providers unless a user explicitly includes that information in content submitted for a requested operation and the transfer is permitted by Google’s policies.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account and projects, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, workspace requirements, and the reason the information is processed.

When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten. You can request account or data deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records when required by law, security needs, or legitimate transaction records.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, logging, and scoped permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, limiting access to your devices, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, export, or delete certain personal information;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• complain to an applicable data protection authority.

To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority. Disconnecting a third-party account does not automatically delete your CreatorNova account or workspace content.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. International processing

CreatorNova and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and handle information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
